Who provides Khushu App

Khushu App is provided by Babar Zaffar, 10 Glover Close, B28 0JG, United Kingdom ("Khushu App", "we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at khushu.help@gmail.com.

Using the app

Khushu App helps you record prayer-focus ratings, distractions and reflections, review patterns, and receive reminders. You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and supervise your use. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Khushu App on devices you own or control, subject to the relevant app-store rules. You must not:

• use the app unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm others;
• interfere with the app, its security, accounts, servers or normal operation;
• copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the app, except where the law expressly permits this; or
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or malicious.

Your entries and privacy

You retain ownership of the entries and reflections you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display them only as needed to operate the features you choose, maintain security and provide support. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including prayer and reflection data.

Premium subscription

Khushu Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased only inside the app. Apple or Google processes your payment, and RevenueCat helps us verify the purchase and provide your Premium access. The price, applicable taxes, billing period and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically and the applicable store account is charged unless you cancel before renewal in accordance with that store's rules. Manage or cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Uninstalling Khushu App or deleting your Khushu App account does not cancel a store subscription. After cancellation, Premium access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds, billing disputes and payment-method changes are handled under the applicable store's rules and applicable law. We may change Premium features or pricing, but any price change will be communicated and take effect as required by the relevant store and applicable law.

Reminders and AI features

Reminders, insights and AI-generated content are provided as reflective aids. Khushu App does not provide religious rulings, professional spiritual counselling, medical advice or mental-health advice. Use your own judgment and consult a suitably qualified person when you need authoritative or professional guidance.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Khushu App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change the app to improve it, protect users, comply with law or reflect changes to our services. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of material changes that significantly affect an active paid subscription.

Intellectual property

Khushu App, including its software, design, branding and content supplied by us, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account through the app or our account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful use or legal requirement. Terms that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, survive termination.

Our responsibility

We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

App-store terms

Your use of Khushu App is also subject to the terms of the store from which you downloaded it. For an iOS download, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app licence, and these Terms supplement it. The agreement between you and us is not with Apple or Google. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we—not Apple or Google—are responsible for Khushu App, its maintenance and support, and claims relating to it.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions relating to your use of the iOS app and may enforce those provisions. You must comply with applicable third-party terms and confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Khushu App develops or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the app after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts and retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
